Whenever possible, please use our web forms to submit help requests (forms). The information we ask you to provide is what we need to know to be able to respond to your request without having to contact you for more information. If you need to contact us by email, please use help@lsit.ucsb.edu, and provide as much information about your request as possible. Someone is always monitoring email to that address. Because LSIT staff have varied schedules and multiple simultaneous projects, direct communication with one staff member will not get you a timely response.

Our phone number is xHELP (893-4357). That number will always go to a voice mail box. Do not be discouraged; leave us a message! We are notified via email when a message is left. This allows whoever is available to call back on another line, and provide some phone assistance without tying up the Help line. Please provide as much information as possible in your message so we can best evaluate and respond to your request. The web form or email will always get a quicker response than a phone message, so please use those options whenever possible.
